TLS & Associates Ltd. has its existing name in 2005 and our former name was Yim & Associates Ltd. which was established in 1974.

We are one of the Quantity Surveying Consultancy firms listed in the following organizations for providing the quantity surveying services:

Band 2 of the Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board of the Government of the HKSAR;

Group 2 of the Hong Kong Housing Authority;

Urban Renewal Authority;

Hospital Authority;

MTR Corporation Limited;

Hong Kong Jockey Club; and

Universities in Hong Kong and the VCT.

Our company has completed various projects including residential development, hotel and commercial development, refurbishment, alteration and additional works to existing premises.

Our clients include the Architectural Services Department, Housing Authority, government and semi-government authorities and the private developers and schools.
