Undergoing a series of re-engineering in 1999, KLP has reformed to strengthen its corporate presence and to enhance quality professional services to old and new clients.

Over the past years KLP has been a consultancy service provider for a wide spectrum of clients such as building owners, developers, architects, consulting engineers, accountants, lawyers, investment consultants, appraisal companies, material suppliers and contractors.

The scope of services includes quantity surveying and project management works from inception to completion, appraisals of replacement costs, construction cost consultancy, contractual advice, expert witness resolution and settlement of construction disputes
