Arthur Yung and Associates Co. Ltd. is a Hong Kong based consulting engineering practice, specialized in providing consulting engineering service in structural, geotechnical field in private and public sectors. It also provides project management and surveying, as well as architectural services for building projects. We are currently categorized as band 2 (structural engineering) consultant under HKSAR. The company was found in 2003 by Mr. Arthur Yung, (Authorized Person, Registered Structural Engineer, and Registered Geotechnical Engineer) who has over 37 years of experience in project management and consulting engineering practices. He has also served in many Government committees and Engineering Institutions, including the Chairman of AP registration committee, Chairman of HKIE Building Division. The company has been active in providing services to prestigious Clients in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Government, the Hong Kong Housing Authority. In private sectors, we are serving China Light and Power , Hong Kong Jockey Club , Hang Lung Properties, Soundwill Holdings , Couture Homes and Universities. The company has about 30 staff at present.
We have been active in providing services for Government, Corporations and Non-Government Organizations (NGO) In Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Government, China Light and Power, Urban Renewal Authority, Sik Sik Yuen, Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council, Caritas Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Baptist University, Shue Yan University, Red Cross, etc.
We are also providing services to developers in Hong Kong and Macau, including Hang Lung Group, Hysan Development Company Limited, Soundwill Holdings Limited, Shui On Group, Couture Homes Limited, Sands China Limited, Lisboa Hotel in redevelopment, renovation and refurbishment works to Shopping Malls and offices.
In addition, we also provide Mandatory Building / Windows, inspections to wholly owned building likes Caritas House, Fubon Bank Building.
