K&W Architects Ltd. is an architectural firm formed after the re-structuring of a firm established by the late Mr. Kwan Wing Hong, Dominic (1947 - 2021) under the name Kwan & Partners in January 2001.
We offer full architectural design and consultancy services for new and redevelopment projects, remodelling and conversion of existing buildings, urban design, master planning and interior fitting-out for institutional and community services uses.
Our completed projects range from prestige residential and large-scale mix use developments to small departmental offices interiors, such as public housing estate and social services facilities. Our large clientele base means that we are exposed to diverse range of projects; we adapt to the needs of each individual project and satisfy the clients requests.
Established in 2001 K&W is now rejuvenated with a young and sustainable team of architects, planners and interior designers, all with the collective goal of fulfilling end-users’ requirements and continuously exploring new possibilities.
