Troika Engineering Limited is an independent local consultancy company which offers multi-disciplinary engineering services. It was founded by a group of experienced professionals with excellent track records in civil, structural and geotechnical engineering and since operation from February 2001, has experienced steady growth and has handled successfully a considerable volume of wide-ranging projects in Hong Kong. It has a current strength of 10 highly skilled engineers and professional staff, many with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

Registered Geotechnical Engineer (RGE) / Authorized Person (AP) / Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) services for projects including but not limited to additional and alteration works (A & A works), building renovation, condition survey, development, re-development, site formation, slope stabilization and inspection, structural stability assessment, concrete repair and demolition are offered. The professionals of the company have all achieved high reputation in providing quality, cost effective and reliable consultancy services in their respective fields and are all fully familiar with the current Buildings Department's standards and procedures.

 

With the philosophy of providing client with a personal service based on technical excellence and a commitment to quality, the company is built on a clear customer service model and an understanding of customers' individual needs. To this end, the growth of the practice has been resisted to ensure that all major commissions are under the personal direction of a Director.

 

Team works are considered essential to include all specialities and levels of experience required by different projects to ensure personal attention to every detail, no matter how small or large a project may be. All Project Teams are led by an experienced qualified engineer to ensure best possible services are provided.

 

Troika has been included in the longlists of consultants of the Civil Engineering and Development Department, Hong Kong Government, for LPM consultancies and related geotechnical consultancies; the list of pre-qualified consulting firms of the Buildings Department for undertaking investigation, inspection, survey and supervision for removal of unauthorized building works, signboards and delapidation, drainage repairs and other associated works or services of related nature in private buildings, and the list of Authorized Persons for Building Rehabilitation of The Urban Renewal Authority.

 

Our main clients have also included Hong Kong Airport Authority, MTR Corporation, Hong Kong Ocean Park Corporation, Hong Kong Disneyland, Hong Kong Telecommunications (PCCW), Hutchison Telecommunications, Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club and China Resources Vanguard (HK) Company Limited.
