K. H. Foundations Limited (KHF) was established in 1985. After the establishment of K. H. Holdings Ltd (KHH) in 2006, she became one of K. H. Group's (KHG) subsidiary.

In 1985, KHF was registered with Building Authority as a Specialist Contractor of the Foundation Works and was on the Development Bureau’s List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under Group I for "Percussion Cast-in-situ Concrete Pile" and under Group II for “Hand Dug Caisson”, “Precast Concrete Pile”, “Precast Prestressed Tubular Pile (PPTP)”, “Rock-socketed Steel H-pile in Pre-bored Hole”, “Steel H Pile” and "Large Diameter Bored Pile (with Bell-out)". Recently, KHF also obtained the Certificate of Registration of Specialist Contractor in Site Formation Works. With such licences and approval, KHF is able to act as contractor for both private and public sector foundation piling contracts and site formation contracts in Hong Kong.

Since KHF establishment, she undertakes different types and sizes of foundations development projects. She is engaged in many construction development projects, in both public sector and private sector in the past years. The image is successfully built up based on KHF's experience and skillful technology.

In order to keep pace with the market and maintain a good reputation in the Hong Kong foundation industry, KHF put an emphasis on the efficiency of cost control, strengthen the effectiveness of management technique for enhancing the competitiveness. Early 1997, KHF awarded ISO9001 accreditation on Quality Management System. For establishing a good track record with a high quality and high standard of services to the satisfaction of customers, KHF stresses on the control of environmental management and industrial safety, she pays an effort to minimize the pollutions on various fields, say noise, water, air issues at sites. KHF is also active to change and improve in the safety scope. In 2011, KHF successful awarded ISO14001 on Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Recently, KHF also awarded ISO50001 acreditation on Energy Management System. This leads KHF to be promoted to a higher level for the future development.

KHF currently has over 80 employees, including professional management team and engineering team. She has accumulated a considerable amount of valuable experience on foundations design, construction management, cost control etc. and KHF is developed steadily. Over the past few years, KHF constantly invests more resources on Hi-tech piling machineries as KHF focuses on strengthening the quality engineering services, but also delivering the effective and efficiency of construction progress of works for building up the strong power in foundation industry as well as to make more profits.
