Through these project experiences, DAAL has developed vast knowledge in helping the Clients to appreciate their individual operations and requirements before preparing conceptual designs for construction. DAAL has a large number of building professionals including Authorized Persons (AP), Registered Structural Engineers (RSE), Registered Geotechnical Engineers (RGE), Registered Inspector (RI), Registered Architect, Registered Professional Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Building Services, Fire), Registered Professional Surveyors (Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying), members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), members of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE), and the members of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), etc. who are familiar with Building Regulations and other statutory requirements; providing a first class one-stop consultancy service in design, management and statutory compliance. The firm is also accredited to Management Systems in Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018). This has allowed DAAL in getting repeated commissions from the same Clients.
